Technically, our return policy is: all sales are final.

That being said, we’ve never actually had someone try to return Stain-Away. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with Stain-Away, please contact us using the form below and we will do our best to address the issue.

If you are having difficulty using the product or having trouble with a stain, please make sure you are following the link to the application instructions. If all the steps are being followed, and the stain remains stubborn, drop us a note below and we might have a suggestion.
